Design Research Co-op

Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Design Research Co-op to join our team in Burlington, Massachusetts. As a Design Research Co-op, you will contribute to defining the experiences that will shape the future of the Keurig brand.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct meaningful research to inform design decisions and experiences across physical appliances, digital interfaces, and IoT systems.
- Work under the supervision of senior design team members to develop research materials, conduct qualitative and/or quantitative research studies, and analyze data to generate user insights.
- Collaborate with researchers, engineers, and designers in a fast-paced and challenging environment to drive innovation and design.
- Hands-on experience in design research, working on real products and informing future designs.
- Opportunity to work directly with senior design team members and contribute to the development of innovative products.
- Professional development training, including networking, professional skills development, and presenting.
- A mentor to enhance your knowledge of other parts of the business and build your network.
- Currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate program (UX/UI Research, UX/UI Design, Design Research, Industrial Design, Marketing, Engineering, Entrepreneurship, Sustainability, Social Sciences, or Related Field).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience analyzing qualitative and/or quantitative data and communicating research findings to broader teams.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, be independently driven, and a self-starter.
