Home Care RN Opportunity

Village Caregiving - Minneapolis is seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals.

The successful candidate will provide high-quality home care services to clients in the western twin cities area, including Eden Prairie, Minnetonka, and Brooklyn Park.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Visiting clients in their homes to document medical history and complete health assessments
  • Providing education and support to clients and caregivers on care of the elderly in the at-home setting
  • Developing personalized plans of care for clients based on their individual needs

This is a flexible position, with assessments completed on an as-needed basis during day or evening hours, and weekends if preferred.

Village Caregiving is a non-medical, homecare agency that assists the elderly and disabled populations with activities of daily living from the safety of their homes.

Our caregivers assist with ADLs including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, meal preparation, laundry, and light housekeeping.

The RN will work closely with our caregivers to ensure the highest level of care and support for our clients.

Requirements include:

  • Minnesota RN licensure
  • Ability to pass criminal background check
  • Willingness to obtain 2-step TB test upon hire
