About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our team of specialists. As an EI OT, you will work with children aged 0-3 and their families to provide family-centered services that support and enable them to meet their child's individual needs through education, training, and support.

Job Description

This full-time position involves working with families in a hybrid of telehealth and in-person sessions. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with families to identify each child's strengths and developmental needs
  • Developing an Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) with the family
  • Working closely with a transdisciplinary team on program planning and delivery of services
  • Overseeing case management and referral services for assigned caseload
  • Conducting home visits to provide developmental stimulation, parent training, and support
  • Facilitating parent/child and/or child groups
  • Completing reports of assessments, progress reports, IFSPs, and discharge summaries
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy and a valid Massachusetts Occupational Therapy License or the ability to obtain one
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Meet DPH requirements
  • Pediatric experience
Estimated Salary

$65,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience and location
