OSP Children's Therapy Center LLC is a dynamic and interdisciplinary pediatric clinic seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our team. This full-time position offers a supportive and enriching work environment with opportunities for mentoring and growth.

The successful candidate will provide occupational therapy services to patients with impairments, functional limitations, or disabilities resulting from injury, disease, or other causes. They will practice collaboratively with other members of the interdisciplinary team, educating patients, families, and others while directing and supervising support personnel.

Key responsibilities include assessing and evaluating occupational therapy needs according to organizational and professional guidelines, revising treatment plans based on patient progress, and documenting patient information accurately and timely. Additionally, the Occupational Therapist will orient, train, and mentor therapy and healthcare students to achieve stated performance expectations.

To be considered for this role, candidates must have a graduate degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program, experience in a pediatric outpatient setting, and licensure as an occupational therapist in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Required skills include BLS certification, effective verbal and written communication skills, ability to work independently, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. OSP Children's Therapy Center LLC provides a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, paid time off, and training & development opportunities.
