Location: Charlotte, North Carolina
Salary: $90,000-$125,000

Position Overview:

• Oversee the strategic planning and execution of renewable energy projects while ensuring operational efficiency.

• Act as a key authority on surveying tasks including construction staking, topographic assessments, legal description formulation, boundary evaluations, and exhibit creation.

• Collaborate with the Project Manager to outline project deliverables, timelines, and resource allocations.

• Assist in analyzing project budgets, scopes, and financial proposals in partnership with the Project Manager.

• Uphold and promote adherence to organizational standards, policies, and operational procedures.

• Facilitate team discussions to assess and synchronize project activities.

• Stay informed on industry-specific trends, technological advancements, software solutions, and equipment innovations.

• Provide ongoing mentorship and guidance to project team members as required.

Qualifications:

• Possession of a Professional Survey License, with preference for multi-state credentials.

• A bachelor's degree is preferred, alongside a minimum of 10 years of experience in a consulting environment.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to exercise independent judgment.

• Demonstrated leadership and supervisory capabilities are required.
