Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Airport Customer Service Agent to join our team at Unifi. As a key member of our airport operations, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, ensuring their travel experience is seamless and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist passengers with baggage pick-up and resolve issues related to delayed, lost, or damaged items.
  • Utilize computer software to track and catalog luggage, ensuring accurate and efficient processing.
  • Handle customer interactions with professionalism, empathy, and a positive attitude.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned, within the scope of the position.
  • Meet the physical demands of the role, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling items weighing up to 70 pounds.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Must be a local resident and possess a valid In-State Driver's License.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and up to a 10-year background check.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must complete ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security.
