Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure prompt, friendly service, and meet time goals by setting a good example for your team.

Assemble products according to specifications and serve high-quality food to customers while meeting quality standards.

Accurately complete daily paperwork, manage inventories, develop schedules, and ensure accurate ordering.

Recruit, train, and develop team members to meet staffing guidelines.

Increase profits through sales growth and cost control.

Create an environment that motivates and retains team members.

Ensure compliance with federal and state laws, as well as company policies.

Competitive Pay: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience.

Qualifications

One Year of Relevant Experience: Proven track record of success in a similar role.

Valid Driver's License and Reliable Transportation: Ensure timely attendance and efficient travel.

18 Years of Age and Ability to Work Varying Schedules: Flexibility is key to success in this role.

Excellent Verbal Communication and Interpersonal Relations Skills: Build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
