Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Check-In/Check-Out: Greet and welcome guests, complete check-in procedures, and ensure a smooth and efficient check-out process.
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage front desk operations, including handling guest inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about hotel services and amenities.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions, process payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure excellent guest service and hotel operations.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and basic computer skills.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of hotel operations, customer service principles, and cash handling procedures.
