Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Management Director to lead our healthcare strategy team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic project plans that drive business growth and deliver exceptional results.

About the Role
  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop and implement project plans that align with our business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to define project scope, goals, and timelines.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, resources, and schedules to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for process enhancements and implementing changes.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a project manager in the healthcare industry, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with senior leaders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • PMP certification is a plus.

Location
