Senior Architect Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Architect/Project Director to join our team at BEST Employment in Tampa, FL. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an experienced individual responsible for coordinating all aspects of assigned projects to ensure effective execution.

The estimated salary for this position is $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Principal to create and respond to proposals for potential projects.
  • Coordinate all project efforts to ensure the most efficient and cost-effective execution of assigned projects through all phases of development.
  • Serve as principal design professional translating concepts and solutions to develop high quality architectural projects on time and on budget.
  • Serve as primary contact liaison to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion and to the clients satisfaction.
  • Estimate fees, prepare proposals and contracts, and monitor adherence to terms of the most complex projects.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in all phases of architecture, including substantial and varied experience in project planning.
  • 5+ years of experience in responding to RFIs/RFPs.
  • Undergraduate degree in Architecture.
  • Professional Florida Architectural Registration.
  • Fluent in AutoCAD & Revit, with Sketch-up, Photoshop and Microsoft projects.
  • Construction industry experience.
  • Self-driven, professional, high energy and receptive to learning on the job.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.
  • Self-confident, tenacious while maintaining positive working relationships with clients, outside consultants, and technical staff.
