Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Project Director to join our team. As a Senior Project Director, you will be part of the Risk & Controls department supporting various teams. The main responsibilities include:

  • Project Management: Manage a large multi-faceted project/account/campaign or multiple projects at the same time.
  • Goal Setting: Own project goals leveraging expertise to inspire a sense of shared purpose within the project team.
  • Business Results: Organize new challenges and drive business results using best practice PMO methodology to create a project plan to fit the stakeholders/customers needs and deliver within budget on desired outcomes.
  • Communication: Chairs project meetings, prepares, maintains, and submits clear and concise minutes, activity/progress reports and time recording/management reports and related project artefacts.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6-10 years of project management experience - preferably from Risk & Controls, Regulatory Change environment, Change Management practice.
  • PMP/PROSCI Change certification strongly preferred.
  • Ability to develop project plans, manage individual deadlines and goals.
  • Knowledge of project metrics, including gathering, reporting, trend analysis, creation, and metrics. Ability to identify issues and problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis.
