Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and professional Psychologist to join our team at the State of Nebraska. As a Psychologist, you will be an integral part of our Developmental Disabilities Division, providing critical care to patients with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct psychological evaluation, testing, treatment, and assessments for participants supported at the Beatrice State Developmental Center and/or Developmental Disabilities.
  • Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, including neuropsychological and personality components, to determine diagnosis for proper treatment.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans to address the needs of patients with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
Requirements
  • Must be licensed to practice psychology in the state of Nebraska.
  • A doctoral degree in psychology is required.
  • Licensure as a Psychologist in the State of Nebraska is preferred but may have a provisional license as a Psychologist.
  • Valid driver's license or the ability to provide independent authorized transportation.
