Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and professional Psychologist to join our team at the Nebraska Department of Health & Human Services. As a Psychologist, you will be an integral part of our Developmental Disabilities Division, providing critical care to patients with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide direct psychological evaluation, testing, treatment, and assessments for participants supported at the Beatrice State Developmental Center and/or Developmental Disabilities.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive psychological evaluations, including neuropsychological and personality components, to determine diagnosis for proper treatment.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide patient-centered care and support.

Requirements

  • Doctoral degree in psychology.
  • Licensure as a Psychologist in the State of Nebraska (or provisional license).
  • Valid driver's license or ability to provide independent authorized transportation.
