Job Description

Job Title: Vice President of Marketing

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Marketing to lead our B2C marketing strategy and drive lead generation and sales growth for Joyce Windows, Sunrooms & Baths.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute powerful B2C lead generation campaigns to boost customer acquisition and sales.
  • Manage all marketing channels—digital, SEO/SEM, social media, and traditional ads—ensuring consistent and effective messaging.
  • Streamline the sales funnel for higher conversion rates and maximum ROI.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team, fostering innovation and accountability.
  • Leverage analytics to optimize campaigns and make informed marketing decisions.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of B2C marketing experience with a focus on lead generation.
  • Proven success in driving results through data-driven strategies.
