Clinical Liaison Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Liaison to oversee referrals for our long term care centers in the Cleveland, OH region. This full-time day shift position is a key source of market intelligence, providing direct communication between the community, referral sources, and physicians and our long term care centers.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with referral sources and physicians
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and referral processes
  • Frequent day travel with reliable transportation and occasional overnight travel is required
Requirements:
  • RN, LPN, LSW, or other medical credentialing preferred
  • Previous clinical screening experience is preferred
  • Recent healthcare experience in the acute care hospital, rehabilitation setting, or home health care agency/company
  • Marketing/sales skill expertise preferred with a history of exceeding sales quotas
