We are seeking a seasoned marketing leader to drive growth and innovation at Joyce Windows, Sunrooms & Baths. As Vice President of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive B2C marketing strategy that aligns with our company's growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute a data-driven marketing strategy that identifies market opportunities and sets measurable goals.
  • Department Ownership: Oversee all marketing efforts, including digital marketing, traditional advertising, SEO/SEM, lead generation, and content creation.
  • Lead Generation & Sales Funnel Optimization: Develop and implement innovative lead generation campaigns that refine the sales funnel to optimize lead conversion.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Data-Driven Marketing Decisions: Leverage data analytics to monitor campaign performance, market trends, and customer engagement.
  • Team Development & Leadership: Mentor and inspire a team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
  • Budget Management: Oversee and allocate the marketing budget effectively to deliver impactful results.
  • Innovation & Growth: Continuously explore new marketing strategies, technologies, and channels to stay ahead of industry trends.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of B2C marketing experience
  • 5+ years of lead generation experience
  • Proven success in data-driven strategies and home improvement marketing
