Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Hybrid Water Resource Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our water resources group, you will play a critical role in assisting with budgeting, planning, scheduling, monitoring, and reporting for specific project phases and/or tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support various phases of stormwater management projects from client communication to deliverable generation.
  • Collaborate with the project manager to develop scopes and execute projects, including budgets and schedules.
  • Perform technical aspects of specified deliverables and lead teams in creating deliverables consistent with scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Meet internal and/or external project deadlines while complying with clearly defined QA/QC measures.
  • Coordinate resource management across teams to ensure successful project execution.
  • Communicate issues affecting project schedules, budgets, or quality and escalate unresolved issues to project managers and leaders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering or environmental science program.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to interface effectively with vendors, clients, and firm resources.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Capacity to make sound decisions based on project information and data.
