Key Responsibilities:

  • Encourage and motivate clients to surpass their limits, ensuring they remain consistent and engaged in their fitness journey.
  • Provide continuous support, direction, and accountability, cultivating a positive and motivating training atmosphere.
  • Perform fitness evaluations and monitor client progress, making necessary adjustments to training regimens as needed.
  • Stay updated on the latest fitness trends and methodologies to continually improve training techniques and client satisfaction.
  • Assist in maintaining studio operations, ensuring a clean and organized training environment, managing client check-ins, and contributing to a welcoming studio culture.

Qualifications:
  • Certified Personal Trainer with a recognized national certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM).
  • Experience in a fitness studio or gym setting is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and the capacity to connect with clients across various fitness levels.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both spoken and written, with the ability to clearly explain and demonstrate exercises.
  • A genuine passion for health and fitness, with a commitment to helping others reach their goals.
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, to meet client needs.
  • CPR/AED certification is a plus.
