Position Overview:
The Float Pool Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing high-quality care to patients undergoing dialysis. This role requires a solid understanding of dialysis protocols and the essential skills necessary for effective patient management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure patient rights are upheld while fostering an environment that prioritizes privacy, dignity, and overall well-being.
- Work under the guidance of a physician or a registered nurse who is proficient in dialysis treatment.
- Collaborate with colleagues to efficiently fulfill job responsibilities, adhering to clinical and supervisory directives while exercising sound judgment appropriate to the role.

Flexibility and Support:
This position is primarily based at a designated facility but will involve supporting staffing needs across multiple locations within the region.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as an LPN in a dialysis setting.
- Valid LPN license in the state of practice.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- IV certification as mandated by state regulations.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Previous dialysis experience is highly desirable.
