Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients undergoing dialysis treatment.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of care.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the registered nurse.
- Current LPN license in the state of practice.
- Current CPR/BLS certification.
- IV certification if required by state of practice.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Prior dialysis experience is preferred.
