Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Float Pool team at Innovative Renal Care. As a Float RN, you will have the opportunity to work in various dialysis facilities, providing high-quality care to patients with end-stage renal disease (ESRD).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient-centered care to individuals with ESRD, including administering dialysis treatments and monitoring patient progress.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing interventions as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current on best practices and advancements in dialysis care.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited school of nursing or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree.
  • Current Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • Previous dialysis experience preferred.
