Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at Soliant Health. As a School-Based Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for providing occupational therapy services to students in a pediatric setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of students to identify their occupational therapy needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' functional limitations and disabilities
  • Provide occupational therapy interventions and therapeutic treatments to students, including physical, cognitive, and sensory-motor activities
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure students receive comprehensive care
  • Document student progress and maintain accurate records
  • Supervise and mentor Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) as needed
Requirements
  • Master's degree or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy
  • Active/Pending North Carolina Occupational Therapy License
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in pediatric occupational therapy
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in an interdisciplinary environment
