Job Summary:

PrideStaff is seeking a skilled Fabrication professional to join our team. As a Fabrication Specialist at PrideStaff, you will be responsible for fabricating parts to production specifications using a variety of equipment and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate a shear, punch press, cold saw, drill press, grinder, notcher, ironworker press, and simple hand tools to fabricate parts to production specifications.
  • Pull orders, cut to length as needed, and deliver to the assigned Welder.
  • Operate a manual pallet jack to move materials and equipment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow production specifications.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy materials and equipment.
  • Basic math skills and ability to read and follow instructions.
