Position: Repair Technician


Work Arrangement: Onsite


Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct testing, repair, and refurbishment of equipment, including disassembly and reassembly as necessary.
  • Oversee the logistics of shipping and receiving returned hardware (RMA).
  • Update firmware and perform product burn-in on hardware when required.
  • Assist in the development and documentation of assembly, repair, and testing protocols.
  • Fabricate custom cables and harnesses as needed.
  • Provide support to field technicians.
  • Deliver troubleshooting assistance in the field when necessary.

Essential Skills:

  1. Proficient in various testing methodologies and possesses strong hardware troubleshooting capabilities.
  2. Experience in hardware troubleshooting, installation, and warehouse management.
  3. Knowledgeable about vehicle components, computer parts, camera equipment, PCB, etc.

Additional Information:

Small team environment focused on enhancing global mapping and imaging operations through the assembly and refurbishment of camera and related equipment.
