As a key member of our team, you will work closely with senior associates and partners to advise clients on complex transactions in the life sciences ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities- Support senior associates and partners in life sciences licensing and collaborations, mergers and acquisitions, and other IP-driven transactions
- Work on drafting licensing and collaboration arrangements, complex commercial transactions, and M&A transactions
- Provide strategic advice to clients on their most critical transactions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve complex problems and drive business growth
- Minimum 2 years of experience supporting senior associates and partners in life sciences transactions
- Strong understanding of intellectual property concepts and licensing
- Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Current licensure to practice law in California or New York
Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP offers a competitive salary range of $235,000 - $390,000, commensurate with experience, and provides bonuses to associates in good standing.
