About the Role

Catholic Community Services is seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team of dedicated professionals. As a Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing strength-based mental health services to children, youth, and their families in their own homes and communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized, creative, and flexible mental health services to children and families
  • Work with clients and colleagues in homes and community locations
  • Participate in on-call rotation responsibilities
  • Meet with clients and colleagues in homes and community locations
  • Assess safety in the community and family homes
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Behavioral Sciences or equivalent
  • Knowledge of WISe (Wraparound with Intensive Services) principles and practice preferred
  • Passion for helping families stay together
  • Energetic and innovative style with the ability to engage children, youth, and family members in services
  • Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team
  • Demonstrate the necessary attitudes, knowledge, and skills to deliver culturally competent services and work effectively in multi-cultural situations
