Staff Registered Nurse RN PCU Progressive Care Unit

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse RN to join our team in the Progressive Care Unit PCU. As a member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Job Summary:We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse RN to provide care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit PCU. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in nursing principles and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Progressive Care Unit PCU
- Develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to achieve patient goals and outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Current and valid nursing license
- BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of hire
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
