As a Registered Nurse (RN) on the Renal PCU - Progressive Care Unit, you will provide high-quality patient care to complex patients with diverse medical conditions.
The Renal PCU - Progressive Care Unit at Baylor Scott & White Health is a 35-bed unit that provides care to patients with renal and pancreatic transplants, ESRD, and urology conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Manage complex monitoring and drips
- Perform peritoneal dialysis and access AV fistulas
- Care for post-op HOLEP and TURP patients
- Manage and access AV fistulas
- Provide care to patients undergoing radioactive treatment

- Gain experience to be eligible for national certification in progressive care, transplant nursing, urology, peritoneal dialysis, and medical-surgical
Qualifications:
- Grad of an Accredited Program
- Specialized field of study should be nursing
- A current and valid nursing license
- BLS certification or get it within 30 days of starting in this role
