Job Overview

BioPhase Solutions is seeking a highly skilled QC Microbiology Associate, Environmental Monitoring to join our team. As a key member of our quality control team, you will be responsible for performing various microbiological facility environmental and utility monitoring (EM) support of sterile product manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform Environmental and Utilities Monitoring and Microbiological testing in support of manufacturing cleanroom facility.
  • Responsible for routine sample testing under GMP or non-GMP modes, laboratory maintenance, and assist in method qualification/validations.
  • Responsible for laboratory maintenance to include cleaning and sanitization of laboratory equipment, laboratory restocking of supplies and inventory.
  • Assist with the drafting of SOPs and work instructions, data entry and reporting.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or a related scientific field.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience within a cGMP Quality Control setting, preferably in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry.
  • Experience in cGMP aseptic processing facility is a plus.
  • Good understanding and demonstration of aseptic techniques.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
