We're seeking an experienced Senior Environmental Branding Specialist to join our Los Angeles brand studio, collaborating with clients across various industries and geographies to develop innovative brand experiences, graphic communications, and spatial design projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop creative and technically sound design concepts for environmental graphics, experiential identity, and physical space branding.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of architects, interior designers, graphic designers, illustrators, photographers, and other experts to deliver high-quality projects.
- Design a wide range of graphics, branded environments, signage, and way-finding projects that reflect our clients' mission, vision, and purpose.
- Present ideas clearly in client presentations and communicate effectively with the project team.
Requirements
- 5-10 years of post-graduate experience in environmental graphics, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), CAD tools, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Revit, SketchUp, After Effects, and Adobe Premiere skills are highly desirable.
- Working knowledge of print and production, vendor management, materials, and fabrication within a built environment.
- Strong sense of typography and illustration skills.
What We Offer
We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including an estimated annual base salary range of $90,000-$115,000, plus bonuses and benefits, contingent on relevant experience. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability, wellness programs, flex spending, paid holidays, and paid time off. We also offer a 401(k), profit sharing, employee stock ownership, and twice-annual bonus opportunities. As part of our commitment to licensure and professional development, we provide reimbursement for certain professional licenses and associated renewals and exam fees.
