As an Employee Benefits Associate Account Manager, you will play a vital role in maintaining our small accounts and ensuring seamless service and renewal processes.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per yearJob Description

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide top-notch customer service to our clients while maintaining accurate records and handling multiple tasks with ease.

You will be responsible for guiding clients through the renewal process, submitting timely requests to carriers, and developing complete client information and applications. Additionally, you will prepare and deliver quotes, proposals, endorsements, and other policy-related documents to clients in a timely manner.

This role requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications. A valid California Life/Health and Life Only license is also required.
