Your Responsibilities:

In this leadership role, you will guide a remarkable team in delivering top-notch guest service while ensuring a clean and secure environment throughout the park. As a leader, you will exemplify a positive demeanor, high energy levels, and an unwavering dedication to excellence. Your duties will include:

  • Actively promoting the organization by showcasing a positive attitude, high energy, and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of your role.
  • Guaranteeing a safe atmosphere for all team members, guests, and wildlife.
  • Overseeing the development of on-the-job training and mentorship programs by providing guidance, feedback, and coaching.
  • Ensuring adherence to all applicable regulations, park policies, and departmental procedures.
  • Facilitating appropriate break and meal periods for team members in line with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Upholding the highest cleanliness standards within the park, conducting quality assessments of designated areas, and addressing any opportunities for enhancement.
  • Managing inventory and replenishing supplies and equipment as necessary.
  • Coordinating waste management operations.
  • Monitoring daily staffing levels to align with budgetary constraints and attendance.
  • Conducting safety and equipment inspections in accordance with departmental and organizational standards.
  • Responding to team member and guest inquiries and needs.
  • Effectively communicating with various departments within the park.
  • Documenting information to complete daily and weekly reports.
Qualifications for Success:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is preferred.
  • Able to engage positively with guests and colleagues from diverse backgrounds and with special needs.
  • Possession of a valid state driver's license.
  • Capable of lifting or moving up to 75 lbs.
  • Willingness to complete CPR/AED training and certification.
  • Able to receive training and certification in all assigned areas and job functions.
  • Comfortable climbing stairs and ladders.
  • Familiar with operating various equipment, including forklifts and pressure washers.
  • Able to maneuver in confined spaces.
  • Comfortable working in varying weather conditions and temperatures.
  • Capable of using protective gear and following safety protocols.
  • Comfortable speaking in front of large groups.
  • Able to maintain composure and professionalism in challenging situations.
  • Available for flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays during peak and off-peak seasons.
Compensation: $15.00 per hour
