Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and plan a team of workers to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
  • Monitor inventory levels of glass, vinyl, aluminum, hardware, and accessories to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Document daily performance and provide regular updates to management.
  • Collaborate with department leaders to delegate tasks and optimize response output and minimize downtime.
  • Assist in developing less experienced team members and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • Experience in manufacturing and leadership preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of electrical/electronic, mechanic, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Valid driver's license with class E qualification and clean driving record.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing work requirements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
