Core Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a culinary team of 3-5 individuals in preparation and service operations.
  • Oversee food preparation in a shared kitchen, ensuring adherence to high-quality standards.
  • Develop and enforce production best practices and SOPs to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Manage procurement, ordering, and inventory control to optimize food costs.
  • Support operations for our retail initiatives, including managing logistics and staffing.
  • Initiate role with recipe and product development, transitioning to operational management.
  • Collaborate with front-of-house, marketing, and business teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and uphold food safety and sanitation standards consistently.
  • Ensure effective utilization of kitchen equipment and resources.
  • Address operational challenges promptly to minimize service disruptions.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and integrate best practices into operations.

Compensation Package:

  • Hourly wage ranging from $25 to $30, with a performance bonus of 20% based on key performance indicators (KPIs) including food cost metrics, labor metrics, and sales metrics.
  • Monthly healthcare contribution of $500.
