Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Water Treatment Service Specialist to join our team at Water Engineering Inc. As a key member of our technical services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring the optimal performance of their water treatment systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform on-site service visits to assess water systems and equipment, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop and implement monthly service plans to ensure compliance with client contracts and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct analytical tests to verify proper chemical dosing and optimize system performance.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed service records, including database entries and reports.
  • Manage chemical inventory and deliveries, ensuring timely and cost-effective supply chain management.
  • Provide on-site support and training to clients, enhancing their understanding of water treatment systems and best practices.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, collaborating with internal teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution.
  • Collaborate with the Account Management team to optimize service calls, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Adhere to safety procedures and protocols, prioritizing the well-being of clients, colleagues, and the environment.
Requirements
  • Technical degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as water treatment, chemistry, or engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in water treatment or a related field, with a strong understanding of industrial water systems and equipment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software and other technical tools.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to water treatment.
  • Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
