Key Responsibilities- Perform on-site service visits to assess water systems and equipment, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and implement monthly service plans to ensure compliance with client contracts and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct analytical tests to verify proper chemical dosing and optimize system performance.
- Maintain accurate and detailed service records, including database entries and reports.
- Manage chemical inventory and deliveries, ensuring timely and cost-effective supply chain management.
- Provide on-site support and training to clients, enhancing their understanding of water treatment systems and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues, collaborating with internal teams to ensure prompt and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with the Account Management team to optimize service calls, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Adhere to safety procedures and protocols, prioritizing the well-being of clients, colleagues, and the environment.
- Technical degree or diploma in a relevant field, such as water treatment, chemistry, or engineering.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in water treatment or a related field, with a strong understanding of industrial water systems and equipment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, with the ability to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and external partners.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software and other technical tools.
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to water treatment.
- Fluency in multiple languages, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
