Job Title: Line Cook

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our Back of House team at Zanti River Oaks. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food items in accordance with our recipes and established standards.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Prepare recipes according to our recipe master book and quality standards.
  • Assess ingredients and items for freshness and quality, and rotate product accordingly.
  • Verify that ingredients prepared and selected for dishes comply with our quality and standards.
  • Participate in restaurant briefings and maintain a clean work area.
  • Operate kitchen equipment according to manufacturer's instructions and report any anomalies.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 6 months' experience working in a kitchen.
  • Knowledge and experience with Italian food is preferred.
  • Previous experience in a similar job position.
