As a Ramp Lead Agent, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently handling cargo and baggage on the ramp, ensuring that all operations are carried out in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of ramp agents in the safe and efficient handling of cargo and baggage
  • Ensure that all operations are carried out in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
  • Monitor and control the movement of cargo and baggage on the ramp
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • Ability to lift/move 70 lbs. of cargo and baggage
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Working Conditions:

This is a part-time position that requires frequent bending, stretching, push/pulling, stacking, and kneeling. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment and have excellent communication skills.
