Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a brand advocate and embody the Sprinkles Culture - be attentive and ready when a guest arrives, maintaining a cheerful attitude.
  • Retain and exhibit proper policies and procedures communicated by trainers and managers with enthusiasm.
  • Provide outstanding guest service and adhere to Sprinkles policies.
  • Practice accurate credit card and cash handling procedures with a smile.
  • Show teamwork skills as you support and collaborate with fellow associates in delivering the Sprinkles Experience.
  • Assist with all cleaning tasks as outlined in opening/closing and weekly checklists.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to ensure a clean and safe working environment behind the counter and in the dining area where applicable.
  • Report to work as scheduled and fulfill all position requirements throughout your shift.
  • Box, package, or plate cupcakes and other baked goods as necessary.
  • Demonstrate meticulous attention to detail when following instructions, down to the precise decoration on a Sprinkles cupcake.
Qualifications:
  • A genuine passion for the Sprinkles product, brand, and experience.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and comprehend written and verbal instructions from management.
  • Capability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a steady pace throughout your shift.
  • Willingness to be on your feet for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift at least 25 pounds, which includes carrying cupcake trays, batter, and frosting, in addition to bags of boxed purchases.
  • Must be able to navigate the front of the bakery, bending down for bags and reaching up for cupcake trays.
