  • Quality Control: Respond to customer quality complaints, working with quality and production teams to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Team Development: Work with and develop a high-performing team to excel in areas of safety and other Key Performance Indicators set by the company, driving operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Safety and Compliance: Lead plant safety initiatives, complete all required annual safety and environmental training, and ensure that all applicable Federal, State, and Local environmental legal requirements and practices are followed.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Material Science/Metallurgical Engineering, previous supervisory or management experience, proficiency in MS Office Suite, knowledge of heat-treating principles, and strong communication skills, written and verbal.
