We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager at Dream Finders Homes, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our projects are completed on-time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced professional to join our team and contribute to our success.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and client communication. You will work closely with our Area Construction Managers to ensure that our high-quality standards are met and exceeded. Your expertise and leadership skills will be essential in managing multiple projects simultaneously and coordinating with architects, designers, and subcontractors to bring our vision to life.

Key Responsibilities:

* Oversee the construction of high-end custom homes from inception to completion, ensuring the highest level of craftsmanship and quality.
* Manage all phases of the project, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and client communication.
* Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and subcontractors to ensure the project vision is fully realized.
* Ensure that every aspect of the project meets stringent deadlines and quality standards, exceeding client expectations.
* Provide leadership to the on-site team and manage all subcontractors and trades effectively.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:
* High school degree or equivalent required; associates or bachelor's degree preferred
* Minimum one (1) year of construction experience in homebuilding or related real estate industry, or applicable construction management training required
* 2 - 5 years of construction experience with a production home builder preferred
* Valid Driver's License
* Exceptional communication skills -- both written and verbal
* Strong attention to detail
* Strong organizational skills and time management skills
* Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
* Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Estimated Salary Range:

$80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
