Job Summary
Trinity Health Of New England is seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Critical Care team within the ICU at one of our hospitals. As a member of our team, you will work alongside other advanced practice providers, resident physicians, and under the supervision of a medical intensivist to develop and implement critical care plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement critical care plans for patients in the Medical ICU
- Perform invasive procedures, including central/arterial/dialysis lines
- Coordinate care with consulting services
- Provide 24-7 coverage of the MICU, including overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts
Requirements
- Detail-oriented team player with experience in critical care or hospitalist medicine
- Ability to work in a fast-paced critical care environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
