Cloud Infrastructure Product Manager

About the Role:
HashiCorp's commercial products are now available as a fully managed Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) offering. As a Senior Product Manager for Cloud Infrastructure, you will define technologies, processes, and practices to optimize our platform infrastructure.
You will develop a deep understanding of the platform infrastructure needs of the different HashiCorp products. You will work cross-functionally with engineering and other product managers to help shape the infrastructure to support all HashiCorp product lines. You are familiar with public cloud infrastructure tooling and best practices to deliver infrastructure guidance.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a PM team focused on solving the challenging problems of delivering services on top of the major public cloud platforms.
In this Role, You Can Expect to:
- Own the business strategy and roadmap for cloud infrastructure across all HashiCorp cloud products and services.
- Understand the unique infrastructure needs of each product line and define the primitives of standard platform infrastructure.
- Participate in detailed planning and prioritization exercises jointly with engineering.
- Detect areas that are ripe for improvement and establish appropriate infrastructure goals.
- Influence and collaborate with colleagues to develop infrastructure solutions.
You May Be a Good Fit for Our Team If You Have:
- Deep knowledge of platform infrastructure on SaaS infrastructure products and public cloud platforms.
- 5+ years of experience in an infrastructure-focused PM role with a B2B SaaS product.
- Experience driving infrastructure needs cross-functionally across multiple product lines.
- Understanding of the enterprise services space, particularly managed services and system integration.
- Strong communication skills with an emphasis on written communication.
- High levels of customer empathy and a passion for using numbers to understand how customers adopt and use products.

Individual pay within the range will be determined based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, and education or training.
The base pay range for this role in the SF Bay Area / NYC area is: $195,500-$230,000 USD
The base pay range for this role in Seattle Metro, Denver / Boulder Metro, New York (excluding NYC), Washington D.C., or California (excluding SF Bay Area) is: $179,300-$210,900 USD
The base pay range for this role in Colorado (excluding Denver / Boulder Metro) and Washington (excluding Seattle Metro) is: $162,900-$191,700 USD
