Business Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Operations Manager to join our team at Sam's Club. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Member Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of associates, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
- Operations Management: Oversee the daily operations of the store, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and facilities maintenance.
- Financial Management: Manage the store's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Compliance: Ensure that all store operations are in compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- 6 months retail experience, including operating front-end equipment and providing customer service.
- 6 months customer service experience, including resolving member complaints and issues.
- Leadership experience, including supervising a team and managing workload.
