Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and charismatic Brand Ambassador Sales Associate to join our team at Triquetra Business Solutions Inc. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving brand awareness and increasing sales for our clients.

Your primary focus will be on engaging with customers in-store, providing top-tier product expertise, and educating them on our brands and products. You will also be responsible for setting up and dismantling event displays, showcasing our products through demonstrations, and recording and reporting on sales performance and customer interactions.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of customer service principles, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings. A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation are also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients from multiple industries increase brand and product awareness.
  • Engage with customers in-store in a friendly and approachable manner, providing top-tier product expertise.
  • Educate customers on our brands and products, ensuring positive and memorable experiences to help drive brand sales.
  • Set up and dismantle event displays to present our products in a professional manner for our retail locations.
  • Showcase our products through fun and engaging demonstrations while effectively communicating product features and benefits.
  • Record and report on sales performance and customer interactions to provide valuable insights for our clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a grasp of customer service principles.
  • Some college coursework in marketing, communications, business, or related fields preferred.
  • Prior retail sales or customer service experience to excel as a Brand Sales Assistant.
  • An outgoing personality with genuine enthusiasm for interacting with customers.
  • Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and team members.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, to meet retail and customer needs.
  • Willingness to travel to different cities for events, expanding our reach and connecting with diverse customer bases.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation for seamless navigation to various retail locations.
