Columbus Museum Of Art is seeking a highly skilled Corporate Relations Development Manager to join its Advancement team. This key role plays a critical part in identifying and managing corporate and foundation donors, ensuring the organization reaches its annual and capital goals.

This position requires strong organizational and management skills, with the ability to develop and execute strategies for discovery and engagement, present opportunities for support, and complete solicitations for mission-critical projects across the museum.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of securing funding from corporations and foundations, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills. They must also be able to work independently with minimal direction, navigate complex situations, and maintain confidentiality.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing strategies for discovery and engagement, maintaining and expanding a pipeline of corporations and foundations with the capacity to fund museum initiatives, leading the development, writing, and submission of compelling grant and sponsorship proposals, and stewarding new and current corporate and foundation prospects.

Requirements include a bachelor's degree, preferably with a certification in fundraising (CFRE), at least five years of experience in development, and a proven success in securing funding from corporations and foundations.

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 per year, based on location and experience, and a hybrid work environment. The position is based in Columbus, OH, and may require some travel.
