Propuesta de Valor del Puesto

El Especialista en Cadena de Suministro será responsable de optimizar la red de transporte y proveedores para DBM Global Inc. Este rol implica la gestión de la documentación de envíos, preparación y programación para asegurar que los materiales sean recogidos y entregados a los clientes de manera puntual.

Responsabilidades Clave
  • Comunicación efectiva con múltiples departamentos internos, transportistas, sitios de trabajo y talleres de DBM
  • Crear y procesar materiales en envíos de carga, basándose en la información del equipo de gestión de proyectos, en el sistema de información de gestión (MIS) de DBM
  • Construir ofertas de carga en el sistema de gestión de transporte (TMS) de DBM
  • Programar citas de recogida y entrega para los transportistas
  • Revisar, auditar y conciliar las facturas de los transportistas entrantes
  • Crear y preparar la factura maestra de la facturación semanal de transporte
  • Proporcionar respaldo al equipo de logística según sea necesario

Educación/Capacitación

Se requiere diploma de secundaria/GED o equivalente. Al menos tres (3) años de experiencia relacionada.

Software y Tecnología

  • Experiencia con Strumis es un plus
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y oral
Ambiente de Trabajo

El puesto requiere tantas horas como sean necesarias para cumplir con las obligaciones diarias y semanales. Pueden ser necesarios días largos, incluyendo noches y fines de semana. Este puesto generalmente se realiza en interiores en una oficina con control climático, aunque se pueden requerir visitas a las instalaciones exteriores.
