Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to join our team at Amazon Pharmacy. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing our supply chain operations to ensure seamless delivery of medications to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize inventory levels, reduce costs, and improve delivery times.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate supply chain risks, ensuring the availability of critical materials.
  • Conduct regular supply and demand analysis to inform inventory management decisions and ensure accurate lead times.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive mid- to long-term inventory management and operational improvement strategies.
  • Lead capacity planning and modeling for Pharmacy Operations, ensuring the right placement of ASINs and the success of new launches.
  • Develop and improve inventory management strategies to ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time.
  • Execute rebalancing through transfers between locations and purchasing.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience working in supply chain or inventory planning.
  • Completed bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Logistics, Mathematics, or similar field.
  • Excellent analytical skills and prior experience with negotiations and logistics procurement.
  • Advanced computer proficiency in Excel and experience with Lean operational practices.
  • Supply chain management certifications such as CSCMP and experience in inventory management.
