We are seeking a motivated Private Duty Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-to-one care to infants, children, and adolescents in a home environment.
Responsibilities:
* Execute physician-prescribed plans of care and document care in a system of record.
* Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
* Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care.
* Educate and train family members on health promotion and disease prevention.
