Job Summary
Decorative Paving Company is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to assist in the management of our construction projects from inception to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the project manager to implement project goals and objectives.
- Coordinate with the project manager and team members to maintain project schedules and efficiency.
- Assist in reviewing data to determine material and labor requirements.
- Procure materials and other necessary items for project completion.
- Manage project documentation, including submittals and RFIs.
- Utilize software such as Microsoft Office, Planswift, Smartsheet, and ComputerEase to manage projects.
- Prepare project reports for management, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate and communicate with project team members, including contractors and suppliers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a construction office environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively to ensure successful project execution.
- Strong math skills and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with software programs such as Planswift, Smartsheet, and ComputerEase is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking.
- Ability to work independently.
