Job Summary

Decorative Paving Company is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to assist in the management of our construction projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the project manager to implement project goals and objectives.
  • Coordinate with the project manager and team members to maintain project schedules and efficiency.
  • Assist in reviewing data to determine material and labor requirements.
  • Procure materials and other necessary items for project completion.
  • Manage project documentation, including submittals and RFIs.
  • Utilize software such as Microsoft Office, Planswift, Smartsheet, and ComputerEase to manage projects.
  • Prepare project reports for management, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and communicate with project team members, including contractors and suppliers.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a construction office environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively to ensure successful project execution.
  • Strong math skills and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with software programs such as Planswift, Smartsheet, and ComputerEase is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking.
  • Ability to work independently.
