The Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) is seeking a highly skilled CRM Associate to manage its Customer Relationship Management system. This role involves administering the Broadcast Email System and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer the CRM system to ensure seamless user experience.
  • Collaborate with the CRM Manager to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Develop and implement procedures to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Analyze sales performance metrics to inform business decisions.
  • Create and maintain detailed reports to track system usage and user engagement.
  • Design and deliver training sessions to users on CRM best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with security protocols and data protection regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with CRM databases.
  • Proficient in Salesforce Lightning and Pardot.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Salary Range: $60,000-$65,000 per year based on experience.
